Réveillon : les Français ont dépensé 65 euros au restaurant, encore plus que l’an dernier
🍽 French diners spent an average of €65 at restaurants on New Year's Eve, up from €61 the previous year. The highest spenders were in Île-de-France with €77 per person, followed by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (€69) and Nouvelle-Aquitaine (€68). Île-de-France also recorded the highest bill at €7,549, a decrease from last year's €18,705. Brittany led in tips, with 37% of tables leaving them, averaging 6% of the bill across France. Île-de-France tipped the most at €58. The average party size was 3.2, with the PACA region hosting the largest group at 32. Hauts-de-France and Occitanie were the most satisfied regions, scoring 4.8, while PACA spent the longest at the table with an average of 2h50, compared to 1h40 in Hauts-de-France and a national average of 2h07.
