Pierre & Vacances – Réhabilitation d’une résidence emblématique à Avoriaz en 2025

🏖 Pierre & Vacances, the leader in local tourism and the top mountain accommodation provider, is set to fully renovate the former L'Hermine residence in Avoriaz, to be renamed Capella in 2025, as part of their development plan and commitment to energy transition and decarbonization. Constructed in 1975, the iconic building will undergo a transformation addressing the challenges faced by ski resorts, which house about 70% of energy-inefficient buildings, known as "thermal sieves." This project also aligns with the Climate and Resilience Law's objectives.
