PriceLabs study reveals short-term rental price increases in Europe, with strong declines in major cities like Paris and Brussels. Vienne, Milan, and Nice recorded the highest hikes. In Paris, on April 8, 2025, secondary European destinations are set to benefit from Easter holidays, promising better weather than the previous year. Occupancy rates have risen across Europe compared to Easter last year, with Dublin experiencing the biggest jump (from 31% to 41%), while the slowest growth was in Rome (from 49% to 51%). The highest occupancy rates are currently in Seville (57%) and Prague (53%). Average nightly rates increased except in Paris (-4%), Bordeaux (-2%), and Brussels (-1%), with Vienne seeing the highest rise (+14%). The cheapest destination is Brittany at 97 euros per night, while the most expensive cities are London (407 euros), Paris (328 euros), and Rome (280 euros). PriceLabs collected the data on March 14, 2025, comparing with reservations up to 35 days before Easter in 2025 and 2024.
