🏨 NH Collection New York Madison Avenue, a 288-room hotel, is now managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, renowned for luxury lifestyle concepts. Situated in a Renaissance Revival building from the early 20th century, it reflects the grandeur of 1950s Madison Avenue. The hotel features vintage design elements, including emerald green leather sofas and retro radios. Highlights include the MAD Bar & Lounge, a cozy piano lounge, and the Serafina restaurant offering Italian-Mediterranean cuisine.

🏢 Minor Hotels, Kajima Development, and Al Wathba Investment launched Avani Singapore construction in Tanjong Pagar. The 14-story urban hotel at 24 Peck Seah Street will open by mid-2027 with 200 rooms, a rooftop pool, and culinary concepts. The launch ceremony featured William E. 🏨 Faubourg Galant Paris Handwritten Collection Hotel, near Grands Boulevards and the Opéra district, offers 63 rooms, including 2 suites, with a serene ambiance in Paris. Features include breakfast area, bar, open lounges, co-working space, fitness area, and sauna. Designed by Girós & Coutellier, it celebrates 18th-century Parisian elegance, inspired by the soieries boutique of Jean-Baptiste Buffault’s wife. Lynda Lecolier, the hotel's General Manager, emphasizes a warm, welcoming environment.
