🔒 Between May 24-25, several hoteliers reported phishing attacks on Booking.com's extranet. The scam involves impersonating hoteliers on Booking.com to solicit prepaid bookings via WhatsApp. To prevent this, use strong passwords following ANSSI guidelines and unique passwords for each session. If victimized, file a complaint within 72 hours, report to CNIL if personal data is compromised, notify affected persons, and change Booking.com passwords. Le prêt de main d’œuvre illicite

🔧 Le prêt de main d’œuvre illicite, selon l'article L. 8241-1 du Code du travail, peut conduire à des sanctions allant jusqu'à 2 ans d’emprisonnement et 30 000 € d'amende pour les personnes physiques. Ces peines peuvent s'élever à 5 ans et 75 000 €, voire 10 ans et 100 000 € en cas de circonstances aggravantes. Pour les personnes morales, l'amende peut atteindre 150 000 €, avec des peines complémentaires. Des sanctions civiles et administratives sont également possibles, incluant la nullité des contrats et le remboursement des aides publiques.

Partage de la valeur, un mois pour négocier

💵 Loi n°2023-1107 du 29 Novembre 2023, en France, stipule une obligation pour les entreprises d'au moins 50 salariés avec un délégué syndical de négocier des dispositifs de partage de la valeur. Representatives and employees should be informed about surveillance systems, as should customers, with clear signage. Non-compliance can lead to sanctions, including forced shutdown or dismantling of the system by police.

Indication de la provenance des viandes : évolution réglementaire

📖 The French DGCCRF announced that the decree on meat origin labeling is currently not enforceable, awaiting legislation updates, possibly during the revision of EU Regulation No 1169/2011 on food information to consumers. A new decree No 2024-171 published on March 4, 2024, in the Official Journal, mandates visible and legible origin indications for meats used as ingredients in meat preparations and meat-based products for all restaurant establishments, for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. These establishments must display the country of birth, raising, and slaughter for bovine, porcine, ovine, and poultry meats. Meat preparations include fresh meats with added foodstuffs, condiments, or additives, or insufficiently processed to alter the muscle fiber structure. Meat-based products are those transformed to a degree that the fresh meat characteristics are not discernible at the cut surface.
