Ressources Humaines | À peine recrutés, déjà licenciés ! Génération Z, le désamour ?
📘 Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, follows Generation Y and precedes Generation Alpha. According to an Intelligent.com survey conducted via Pollfish in August 2024, 966 business leaders revealed troubling recruitment trends. Criteria included age (>25), income (>$75,000), senior positions, company size (>10), and education. Findings showed that 75% of companies were unsatisfied with recent graduates, 60% had fired or ended probation for new graduates this year, and 16.67% of recruiters were hesitant to hire Gen Z candidates.
