Ponts de mai 2025 : quel bilan pour l’hôtellerie française ?
🏨 Pont du 1er mai 2025: National hotel reservation rates increased by 8.5% as of April 28. Manche's coastline saw the highest RevPAR growth at 59.7%, driven by a 16.4-point rise in occupancy and a 24.4% increase in average price, partly due to its proximity to the Paris region and warm weather. The Mediterranean East coast's RevPAR rose by 22.9%, with the North Atlantic coast following at 14.7%. Despite a slight occupancy drop, Brittany's RevPAR increased by 12.4% thanks to a 14.4% price hike.
