🏨 Adagio aims to become Europe's leading aparthotel sector by 2030 with its strategic plan FIRST. The joint venture between Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs and Accor plans to open 50 new establishments by 2029, targeting 180 aparthotels in 25 countries, up from 16 currently. Focusing on markets like France, the UK, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, Adagio also eyes expansion into Eastern and Southern Europe. The brand seeks to double its portfolio and offer 20,000 apartments across three ranges: Access, Original, and Premium. The FIRST strategy is built on four pillars: enhancing customer experience, team engagement, partner relations, and shareholder growth, aiming for a €700 million revenue by 2030.
