Étude quantitative : Définition, objectifs et guide de l’analyse quantitative

  • Paul
  • 2 octobre 2024
📊 Quantitative research provides measurable data for strategies, complementing qualitative analysis. It focuses on numbers and statistics from numerous respondents, offering reliable and representative results. Key steps for effective quantitative studies include defining a core problem, choosing a collection method, determining a relevant target sample, constructing closed-ended questions with predefined response options, and distributing the questionnaire through suitable channels. Analyzing data involves collecting responses in specialized tools, creating statistical tables, and visualizing data through mapping or graphs. The advantages include facilitating client experience analysis, quantifying collected data, guiding respondent answers, and understanding market expectations. Limitations are the inability for free expression, potential response bias, and the need for large sample sizes. Combining quantitative with qualitative methods is recommended. Guest Suite assists 3,000+ businesses in collecting, analyzing, and managing customer satisfaction data. 📊
