19e édition du Concours Gargantua par RESTAU’CO : la finale régionale dédiée aux cuisiniers de collectivités de la moitié Nord de la France vient de couronner ses 3 équipes gagnantes durant le salon EquipHotel !
🍴 During the EquipHotel salon in Paris, the regional finale of the 19th Gargantua Contest by RESTAU'CO crowned 3 winning teams from the northern half of France, including Ile-de-France and Normandie among others. Six duos of culinary professionals competed for 3 hours, creating a main course and a dessert within a set budget. Eleven experts judged the event, with technical and tasting aspects accounting for 60% and 40% of the score respectively. Winners advance to the national finale in early 2025.
