🏨 PPHE Hotel Group obtained construction permit for a mixed-use hotel project in London's South Bank, featuring 15 floors, 186 rooms, office and commercial spaces, sustainability-focused with a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. Located opposite Lambeth North station, enhancing access to iconic sites, it's PPHE's fifth hotel in Waterloo. Acquired for £12 million in 2019, PPHE is developing detailed project plans for the site at 79-87 Westminster Bridge Road.

🏛 Davidson Hospitality Group, celebrating its 50th anniversary, operates two interconnected resorts at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands: The Westin Beach Resort & Spa and Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort, Autograph Collection. Properties reopened in 2023 after a multi-year transformative renovation, featuring 486 rooms and suites, 8,000 m² of meeting space, 10 restaurants and bars, and a Heavenly Spa by Westin. A $400 million renovation was invested to revitalize the resorts. Key figure, Thom Geshay, is CEO of Davidson Hospitality Group.

🏠 Marc Haeberlin and family acquired the Clos Saint-Vincent, formerly Relais & Châteaux, in Ribeauvillé, Alsace for €21.5 million. The purchase, in planning for over a year, includes a complete renovation to convert it into a 5-star hotel with 33 rooms and suites, a spa, and a 100-seat restaurant. Renovations by architect AJeanne (Sélestat) and designer Jouin-Manku are set to start next year, aiming for a 2027 opening.

🍴 Adeline Grattard, chef-owner of Yam'Tcha in Paris, blends French culinary techniques with Asian flavors. Trained by Pascal Barbot in Paris and in Hong Kong, her menu includes beef tataki with "Bourgogne" sweet potato noodles (€38), lotus leaf steamed rice with pleurotes and peanuts (€32), and grilled sweetbreads with Pommard cream, Chardonnay, chard, and marinated eggplants (€48). Open Wednesday-Sunday, Yam'Tcha offers a weekday lunch menu (€29 for 2 courses, €38 for 3 courses) and children's menu at €18. The 70-seat restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

🏖️ Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr, boasting 200 rooms and suites, is set to officially open on October 1, 2024. Located in the heart of Morocco's "Ville Lumière," this 18th-century royal residence has been transformed into a chic and glamorous seaside palace with lush gardens. Gregory Viaud, General Manager of the hotel, eagerly anticipates showcasing the property and welcoming guests to the newly renovated historical site. Bill O’Regan, CEO of Modon Holding, expects the hotel to generate phenomenal interest and memorable experiences.

🌄 Radisson Hotels Group announced the opening of the 4* The View Folkestone, a new Radisson Individuals affiliate on the seaside in Folkestone, Kent. The hotel features 46 rooms, including classic, superior, signature rooms, and ground-floor apartments, with many offering sea views. The Cliffe Lounge Bar & Kitchen serves a variety of drinks and traditional dishes such as Sunday roasts and Afternoon Tea. Located about 20 minutes from Eurotunnel and Dover port, and 75 minutes from London Gatwick Airport, the hotel's partnership aims to uphold the Radisson brand standards as stated by hotel director George Mellish.

🏩 Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® announces "Rosewood Exuma" in the Bahamas, a partnership with Miami-based investment firm Yntegra Group. Situated on a 50-hectare private island, East Sampson Cay, the luxury resort includes 33 suites with ocean views. Amenities consist of six dining/bar options and a 1,800 square meter Asaya® wellness facility with six treatment rooms. The development aligns with Rosewood’s luxury lifestyle leadership and Yntegra's strategic vision for the Exumas' economic potential.

🏦 Located on Rama 3 Road, next to King's College International School Bangkok, the Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok and KingsQuare Residence are part of a new lifestyle complex that includes a community mall. Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok offers 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites, ranging from cozy double rooms to expansive two-bedroom suites. This will be Dusit's ninth hotel in Bangkok and the second to combine a hotel with serviced suites. In addition, Dusit will manage the luxurious KingsQuare Residence through its fully-owned subsidiary, Dusit Hospitality Services, which also manages four luxury condominium projects in Bangkok.

🏡 IHG Hotels & Resorts opens Verno House Budapest, the first Vignette Collection hotel in Hungary, highlighting IHG's expansion in luxury and lifestyle sectors. Located between the Danube and Liberty Square, Verno House offers 48 rooms, including deluxe rooms, premium rooms, and suites with Art Nouveau views. The hotel features a Treat Bar with traditional Hungarian sweets and chocolates and emphasizes local culture and luxury.
