🏨 Hilton Hotels & Resorts to open Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch in October 2024, converting the property as part of a management agreement. The historic site dates back to 1586 and will undergo a renovation of its rooms and public areas. Located in a 10-hectare park near Frankfurt's main attractions, the hotel offers 225 rooms and is a short drive from the city center, central station, and Frankfurt International Airport. Patrick Fitzgibbon, Hilton’s SVP of Development EMEA, highlighted Germany as a key strategic market with over 60 establishments operating or under development, marking the ninth Hilton hotel in Frankfurt.

🏠 Edgar Suites specializes in high-end aparthotels located at the heart of cities. The new Résidence Montrouge – Jaurès in the south of Paris offers 27 premium apartments from 20 to 80 m², equivalent to 67 hotel rooms, across five floors. It's near Evergreen campus, Mairie de Montrouge, and the metro. Interior design is by L.A.M Studio, led by Léonie Alma Mason, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and a unique atmosphere.

🏕 Zannier Hotels announced a partnership with NEOM to develop a 100-room luxury eco-resort named Zannier Zardun in Zardun, northwestern Saudi Arabia, set to open on September 2, 2024. Located on 4 square kilometers of restored semi-desert terrain with indigenous flora and fauna, it features unique architecture, an underground entrance, a 360-degree observation terrace, and activities including trekking and yoga. The project emphasizes luxury, sustainability, and "mastered simplicity," integrating environmental preservation with new hospitality experiences.

🏠 Edge by Rotana, launched in May 2022, opened Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh with 104 keys on the famous Al Olaya Street, marking its first property in Saudi Arabia with four more in Riyadh and one in Al Baha underway. Rotana aims to double its Saudi keys to over 4,236 by launching nine new properties by 2028. CEO Philip Barnes emphasized the rapid growth in the Saudi market and the commitment to delivering "Treasured Time" to guests.
