🏨 All Suites, part of the Pichet group, opened a new hotel and three-star serviced residence in Paris's 13th district at Porte d’Italie. The establishment features 150 rooms, from single rooms to fully equipped apartments for six people. Amenities include a 70-seat 'All together' restaurant, a 350 m2 gym, lounge areas, a lobby-bar, laundry facilities, coworking space, and a seminar area for 100 guests. Located near Parc Kellermann and metro line 14, it offers direct airport access. Pichet group won the project in 2017, designed by Laisné-Roussel and Advento, focusing on sustainability with rainwater recycling and environmental certifications. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2025.

📖 In September, the Société des Hôtels Littéraires opened their 6th establishment dedicated to Stendhal in Nancy, near Place Stanislas. Interior designer Aleth Prime focused on themes of Italy and Napoleon for the hotel's contemporary décor, featuring marble and dark wood. Original watercolors by Jean Aubertin adorn each room, themed around Stendhal's motto "Il vécut, il écrivit, il aima." The hotel, located in a 17th-century building next to the cathedral, will soon include a spa inspired by "Le Rouge et le Noir.

🏖️ Reethi Beach Resort, located on a lush island in Hanifaru Bay, Baa Atoll, will remain open until April 25, 2025. The resort will then close for six months for its largest renovation in 25 years, transforming into NH Collection. Post-renovation, the NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort will offer a mix of land and overwater villas, 10 dining options, and various water activities in Baa Atoll. Guests can also enjoy a spa, pools, tennis, badminton, squash, and a fully equipped fitness center.

🌎 Moxy Barcelona features 414 bright and stylish rooms with keyless entry, plush bedding, Italian showers, 55-inch HD smart TVs, modular furniture, motion-activated LED lights, and peg walls for customizable spaces. Each room showcases a mural by local artist Sira Lobo, depicting Barcelona neighborhoods and includes a private balcony. The hotel's design blends Catalan trencadís tiles with chic industrial aesthetics, paying homage to Dali, Miró, and Gaudí, centered around the vibrant Bar Moxy. A 10th-anniversary celebration for Moxy Hotels is planned for 2024.

🏨 Marriott International enters Luxembourg, offering new travel experiences with two hotels. Moxy Luxembourg Airport opened September 3, located at Skypark Business Center, one of Europe's largest wooden buildings. Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa is set to open in Q4 2024, positioned opposite the main train station. Marriott Bonvoy members and travelers can explore Luxembourg's rich cultural heritage and diverse culinary scene.

🏖️ Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay, the third gem of the Royal Mansour Collection, opens in northern Morocco, near Tétouan and close to Tanger. Housing 55 suites and villas in nine categories, ranging from 80 m² luxury suites to the 1700 m² Villa Royale with three bedrooms, a reception and dining room, cinema, private spa, and indoor pool. The resort features expansive sea and garden views, culinary delights from three Michelin-starred chefs across four restaurants, and a 4300 m² Médi-Spa with exclusive wellness experiences.

🏨 VICARTEM and EXTENDAM acquired the Hôtel Atlas Bruxelles, a 3-star hotel with 88 keys located in the historical city center of Brussels, near the Grand-Place. They will transform it into a 4-star boutique hotel, managed by Younight Hospitality. The hotel is situated in the Dansaert district, known for design, art, and fashion, close to business districts, European institutions, and tourist attractions like Manneken-Pis and the Palais de la Bourse.

🏖️ Park Hyatt and Andaz brands are set to debut in Jaumur, a luxury cosmopolitan community in Magna on the Gulf of Aqaba coast. Hyatt announces plans to open two hotels, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina, marking a significant expansion in Saudi Arabia and strengthening strategic collaboration with NEOM, a model for sustainable luxury living. Jaumur will feature a state-of-the-art 300-berth marina, entertainment, leisure, cultural experiences, and a deep-sea research center.

🏖️ IHG Hotels & Resorts opened Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa in September 2024, marking its first lifestyle boutique hotel resort in the region. Located in Oman at 2,000 meters elevation, the resort features 173 rooms, suites, and chalets with breathtaking views of the "Green Mountain." Guests can enjoy Jala Spa & Wellness treatments and dine at the Vue Rooftop & Lounge among other amenities. General Manager James Reeves highlights the team's effort to reflect Jabal Akhdar's essence and local culture.

🏡 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of the InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal, 30 minutes from Paris, joining its luxury and lifestyle hotel portfolio. The renovated 19th-century château is set in the forested Nonette Valley in Hauts-de-France. The project blended original heritage with elegant, modern designs. General Manager Olivier Resta is honored to oversee the property, a French heritage jewel catered to modern travelers.
