🚀 Sindalah, a luxury island destination and NEOM's first physical showcase, was inaugurated by NEOM's Board of Directors following its announcement by HRH Mohammed bin Salman in December 2022. The two-year project peaked at 30,000 workers, involving four local contractual partners and up to 60 subcontractors. Sindalah is integral to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 tourism ambitions, and the island celebrated its first guests recently. It is located in the Red Sea, 5 km from NEOM's coast, covering 840,000 square meters.

🏨 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to enter Greek market with Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas, opening in December 2025. Located near Greece's largest port, the project includes 72 serviced apartments spanning approximately 4,300 square meters across two eight-story buildings. Features include a restaurant, gym, spa, and event space. A collaboration with DKG Development, the €25+ million project emphasizes quality and sustainability, designed by Jean-Pierre Heim with Bletsas Architectural Studio.

🏨 Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel in Vienna, set to re-open in March 2025, will undergo a complete renovation, preserving original design elements while adding art. This 120-room hotel was the city's first design hotel in 1995. Located in the 4th district, it will feature the Silver Bar, Italian cuisine at the main restaurant on Rilkeplatz, five meeting rooms for up to 284 guests, fitness facilities, and a sauna. The investment by Radisson Hotel Group aims to strengthen its market presence and diversify services.

🏖️ The InterContinental Phang-Nga Bay Resort, opening in 2028, will be located in Samet Nangshe, Phang-Nga. Managed by IHG in partnership with Plaipol Co., the 150-room resort offers stunning views of Phang-Nga Bay National Park. Located 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 20 minutes from Andaman Airport, the resort features 150 suites and villas with private pools, two restaurants, a bar, meeting space for 200 people, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and a kids' club. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions like Khao Lak Beach. This marks IHG's latest addition to its 39 hotels in Thailand, including 15 resorts and 8 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

🏥 SIRO One Za’abeel, the first wellness hotel by Kerzner International, opens for reservations, marking its debut on February 1, 2024, in Dubai's iconic One Za’abeel complex. The hotel is poised to transform the hospitality sector with a focus on fitness and recovery, embodying Kerzner's vision to merge health and hospitality. Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, highlights SIRO as an incubator concept blending science and innovation in response to the growing trend of physical health and recovery as wellness.

🏠 The Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul has unveiled a total overhaul, featuring the revamped Sanitas Spa & Wellness luxury center. Blending modern luxury with Ottoman-inspired elements, the redesigned spa offers VIP private Turkish bath, massage rooms, fitness center, skincare treatment room, sauna, indoor pool, changing rooms, and reception area. Guests can indulge in soothing massages, traditional Turkish bath rituals, and luxurious face and body treatments, with tailored dietary programs and specialized physiotherapy also available.

📌 Marriott International opened its 500th establishment in the Caribbean/Latin America region, Almare, a Luxury Collection Resort, Isla Mujeres, Adult All-Inclusive. President of Caribbean/Latin America (CALA) Brian King announced the milestone. The adults-only resort features 109 suites with private balconies and ocean views, seven dining venues, and an infinity pool. Almare is the 62nd luxury property in the region for Marriott, which plans to expand with Paraiso de la Bonita in Mexico by Q1 2025 and W Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic by Q2 2025. Marriott entered the all-inclusive segment in 2019.

🏨 Wyndham introduces Wyndham Residence® in the U.S., targeting expansion across top 50 markets, with five residence-type hotels open or under development. Reside, known for corporate lodging, operates in 60 countries and pairs with Wyndham to offer upscale, professionally managed extended stays. Amit Sripathi, Wyndham's Director of Development, highlights the model’s appeal for long-term stays and group travel. Reside has over three decades of experience in alternative lodging and multifamily units.

🎁 Ennismore, a rapidly growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, along with investors Chagall B.V and White House Development B.V., announced the signing of the first Mama Shelter hotel in the Netherlands. Scheduled to open in Amsterdam's Noord district in Q1 2027, Mama Shelter Amsterdam is designed with bold interiors and will feature 150 rooms across two categories, including the brand's iconic cartoon masks. The hotel aims to blend local charm with Mama Shelter's distinctive spirit.

🏡 Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz, an iconic five-star luxury hotel on the island of Gozo, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2023. Opened in 1999, it has become a symbol of elegance and authentic Gozitan hospitality, hosting international visitors. A summer garden-party with owners, ministers, ambassadors, officials, celebrities, media, and loyal guests marked the milestone. The hotel boasts a reputation for excellence, combining luxury with local charm, offering fine dining and exquisite spa treatments while deeply rooted in local culture and community.
