🏨 MHP Hotel AG, listed on Munich's stock exchange, partners with HWS Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltung GmbH to acquire Le Méridien Stuttgart, aiming to strengthen its luxury segment across Germany's top seven hotel markets by 2028. Le Méridien, with 293 rooms and located near Schlossgarten park in Stuttgart, has been operated by MHP since 2017 and will undergo a significant ESG-compliant modernization. It will continue under Le Méridien brand and Marriott International partnership, enhancing its local and international market presence. Dr. Jörg Frehse, MHP CEO, aims to lead in Germany's upscale and luxury hotel sector, supported by strategic positioning through Stuttgart 21 project, according to CFO Ralf Selke.

🏠 Located in the heart of Plaza de Cataluña, the 4* superior 45 Times Barcelona Hotel operates temporarily under the ephemeral brand 45 Times Hotels, featuring 119 rooms across 11 different categories. Its proximity to Las Ramblas theaters and Gaudí's works adds to its allure, while its neoclassical architecture and distinctive decoration, including a mural by an urban art collective, mirror Barcelona's cosmopolitan style.

🏠 Relais & Châteaux, in 2023, expanded by adding six new establishments, raising their total to 31 this year. In Europe: Vetera Matera, Italy, opening March 2025 with 23 rooms; Hotel Diepeschrather Mühle, Germany, 25 rooms, opening early 2025; Storfjord Hotel, Norway, 30 rooms and suites. Outside Europe: Botanique Hotel Experience, Brazil with 7 suites, 13 villas; CasaMolle, Chile with 24 rooms, located in Elqui Valley. Each property offers local gastronomy and various amenities like spas and outdoor activities.

🏨 SIH Hotel Management and Reality Management Fukuoka KK will begin a hotel management contract on December 1, 2024, for the ZeQuu Hotel & Annex in Kyoto, featuring 126 rooms and two restaurants. Located 10 minutes from Kyoto station, the hotel is a joint venture between Shiki Properties KK and infinitude hospitality Japan KK (IHJ). Marcel Holman, CEO of IHJ, and Ashley Harvey, GM of SIH Hotel Solutions, aim to expand the portfolio and offer high-quality hotel management.

🏡 IHG® Hotels & Resorts announced a management agreement with Adyar Gate Hotels for the InterContinental Kodaikanal Resort, set to open in 2028. The 100-room luxury resort aligns with IHG's strategy to expand in key leisure destinations in India. Kodaikanal, located at an altitude of 2,200 meters, is known for stunning landscapes and a pleasant climate. This marks the debut of the InterContinental brand in Kodaikanal and the sixth IHG project in India.

Douz is an oasis in the Grand Erg Oriental with 22,000 inhabitants primarily earning from tourism and date farming, replacing old caravan trades. 🏨 The 4-star hotel set to open in the second half of 2028 will feature 154 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym, aiming for BREEAM "Excellent" certification. Located within 5 minutes of Liverpool Street and Bank stations, Dalata Hotel Group will operate it under a 25-year lease with rent reviews every five years tied to the Consumer Price Index. Dalata's London presence will reach 1,030 rooms across six hotels upon opening, with four UK openings this year.
