🏡 WorldHotels, part of BWH Hotels Group, is set to open a new five-star hotel in Kobuleti, Georgia by 2028, marking the brand's first venture in both Georgia and its first hard-branded hotel in the EMEA region. The WorldHotels Kobuleti will feature two 47-story towers with a total of 1,100 rooms. Amenities will include panoramic-view restaurants, bars, coworking spaces, a luxury spa, fitness center, and a 200-seat cinema. Capitol HPS is overseeing the expansion, with GEUZ International handling construction. The initiative taps into Georgia's tourism growth, with Kobuleti's beaches and natural sites offering strategic location benefits.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) aims to expand the Hyatt Regency brand by 70% in the Balkans by 2027. With establishments already in Croatia and Albania, a new project in Romania, the Hyatt Regency Aro Palace Brașov, is set to debut. This marks the brand's entrance into Romania in a key economic center. The iconic property, initially launched in 1939 as Brașov's most luxurious hotel, will undergo a complete renovation to offer up to 250 rooms. The expansion includes five new Hyatt Regency hotels and resorts across the region.

🏖️ ONYX Hospitality Group will manage Amari The Tide Bangsaen, expected to unveil in Q2 2025. Partnership agreement signed on November 7, 2024, between Five Leader Group Co., Ltd. and ONYX Hospitality Group, with Thanasit Khunplome and Yuthachai Charanachitta present. Located opposite Bangsaen Beach, Thailand, the hotel features 154 rooms and suites, marking a significant transformation from The Tide Resort to Amari The Tide Bangsaen in Chonburi province, an area anticipating economic and tourism growth.

🏨 ME by Meliá has opened its first hotel in Malta, the ME Malta, housed in a 20-story building designed by architect Zaha Hadid. The hotel features 113 rooms, 27 suites, and 35 residences. Emphasizing modern design, it includes "Thinking Labs" meeting spaces and is part of the Culture Collective program, hosting local artist exhibitions and music performances. The Cabana Club offers Mediterranean dining, and the upcoming Luciano restaurant by Gino D'Acampo will highlight Italian cuisine. The Radio Rooftop bar, set to open in early 2025, will serve Asian cuisine and cocktails with live music and sea views. The hotel also boasts a spa and a modern gym.

🏡 Pandox AB acquires Radisson Blu Tromsø in Norway with 269 rooms, transaction value approximately 750 million NOK, financed through available funds and new bank loan. Acquisition closure set for Q1 2025. 🏨 Four Seasons Hotel New York, an Art Deco masterpiece by architect I.M. Pei, located in Midtown Manhattan, has reopened its doors to warmly welcome visitors from around the world. Rainer Stampfer, President of Global Operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, celebrates the return alongside loyal clients and first-time guests. The hotel, situated at 57 East 57th Street between Madison and Park Avenue, offers privileged access to city highlights, including Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and Rockefeller Plaza, thanks to its experienced concierge team.

🏦 Marriott International announced accelerated growth in its branded residences portfolio within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), with 70 projects, including 43 signed and 27 opened properties. Over the past two years, Marriott has signed 26 new agreements in EMEA—as over double compared to the previous two years—featuring luxury properties like The St. Regis Residences, Casares – Costa del Sol. The announcement was made during the Resort and Residential Forum.

🏦 Châteauform’ Event will operate the 3 Mazarium, located at the Institut de France opposite the Louvre, as its 76th venue from January 2025 for 5 years. Renovated in 2014 by architect Marc Barani, the historic building, a former mint since 1789, now provides a flexible 1590 m² space including the Grande Halle, the Salle de la Tour, and the 350-seat Auditorium André et Liliane Bettencourt. The partnership aims to blend event expertise with the majestic setting.

🏖️ MGM is set to open its second tourism residence in Valmorel, offering upscale amenities including a privileged location, elegant architecture, premium materials, refined comfort, an exclusive relaxation area, and premium services.
