🏨 citizenM to open two new hotels in 2025, increasing global count to 38. In Dublin, the first Irish citizenM hotel will open in summer 2025, featuring 245 rooms opposite St. Patrick's Cathedral, preserving a brutalist façade by architect Sam Stephenson. The London Olympia, opening end of summer 2025, will be the fifth in London, offering 146 rooms near cultural venues, maintaining the historic Apex Room. Both hotels will have 24/7 dining, public lounges, and societyM meeting rooms.

🏖️ The Maradiva resort, member of Leading Hotels of The World, recently reopened featuring a transformative experience. It offers 64 pool villas on a lush estate along a dreamy west coast beach. Guests can enjoy Rolls-Royce or BMW i7 transfers, diving, tennis, golf, yoga, ayurvedic spa treatments, exclusive shopping, and a kids club with a Peter Pan theme. The resort has restaurants with seafood, grills, and Indian or Japanese cuisine led by starred chef Yannick Hochet. The Cellar boasts the largest hotel cigar collection on the island and a fine selection of wines and spirits. Shoba Villas & Residences will launch in late 2024, expanding the accommodation with luxurious, spacious villas and apartments.

🏨 Marriott International partners with New Development Group to open its second EDITION hotel in Shanghai, scheduled for 2026. The luxury hotel, The Shanghai EDITION, Changfeng Park, located in the Putuo district near the Suzhou River and Changfeng Park, aims to redefine luxury with its visionary design and exceptional service.

Portugal: Casa de Sada Algarve featuring 184 rooms launches late 2025. Croatia: Hotel Preko Ugljan with 65 rooms begins welcoming guests summer 2025. Hilton aims to meet growing demand for relaxing stays with cultural experiences.

🏡 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Pacific6, announces the opening of Fairmont Breakers Long Beach in downtown Long Beach, 40 km south of Los Angeles. Originally built in 1926, the iconic hotel has been meticulously renovated to blend historic charm with modern luxury, featuring updated rooms and suites, elegant public areas, a luxury spa, a rooftop bar with panoramic views, a sunny pool, and two flagship restaurants including the renowned Sky Room. 🏖️ Minor Hotels, with over 550 properties in 56 countries, is expanding its portfolio in Africa by adding the Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel on December 1st this year, making it the seventh Anantara property in Africa and the Indian Ocean islands. The intimate, 16-suite hotel, located 15 minutes from Victoria Falls, offers configurable rooms and interconnected suites for families. Following closely, the Anantara Kafue River Tented Camp in Zambia will open in mid-2025.

🍴 St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Ginori 1735 unveiled a global partnership launching the Café Ginori concept in select properties worldwide, starting with The St. Regis Florence on November 26. The collaboration promises a luxurious culinary experience blending Italian joy and artistic expression. The next opening is slated for early 2025 at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, with more international locations anticipated.
