🏦 Boutique Group, during its first participation at ILTM Cannes which lasts until December 5, announced the opening of its first luxury hotel-palace, The Red Palace, in Riyadh, set for April 2026. Constructed in 1943 by King Abdelaziz of Saudi Arabia, The Red Palace is part of a transformation of cultural and historic palaces into luxury hotels by the company, owned by Saudi's Public Investment Fund (PIF). The Red Palace will feature 70 opulent suites along with various dining and wellness areas.

🏨 Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center opened in Tunisia's capital, marking the brand's fifth establishment in the country. It offers 119 rooms and suites, and boasts 2,000 m² of flexible event space, including 14 rooms for up to 2,000 people.

🏨 B&B HOTELS launched its first UK hotel at London Heathrow Airport, unveiling the 119-room B&B HOTEL London Heathrow in February 2024 after renovations. The European hotel chain, with 870 hotels in 17 countries, aims to expand to 100 hotels in the UK by 2035. In July 2024, it added five new UK hotels in Birmingham, Derby, Inverness, Ipswich, and Warrington. Known for budget-friendly lodging, B&B HOTELS offers digital check-in, communal spaces, and well-equipped rooms.

🏨 Motel One Group opened its second hotel in Belgium, located in Antwerp's fashion district. The Motel One Antwerp features 221 rooms with local design elements and quality materials. The opening reflects the company's principles of central locations, thoughtful design, and quality architecture. As part of its expansion, Motel One plans to launch The Cloud One Hotels in Brussels. With 96 hotels across 13 countries, Motel One has a portfolio of 27,223 rooms, including ongoing projects in Berlin, Nice, and Brussels.

🍫 Caviar Kaspia opens at Vakko Hotel Bosphorus in Istanbul, offering an exclusive experience with only 12 suites. The hotel, a renovated 19th-century Ottoman distillery, blends historical charm with modern design. The restaurant, part of the hotel, provides views of the Istanbul strait, serving signature dishes like caviar-topped baked potato and Norwegian smoked salmon.

🏦 IHG Hotels & Resorts extends premium voco brand to Jordan by rebranding The Abdali Boulevard Hotel to voco Abdali Amman by December 2025, adding 392 rooms to its Jordan portfolio. The property is part of The Abdali, a mixed-use development that drew over 21 million visitors in 2023. IHG, with 129 hotels in the Middle East, plans to open 84 more in the coming years. Voco, launched in 2018, targets both business and leisure travelers.

🖤 The Chedi Hegra, a luxury hotel, opened at UNESCO World Heritage Site Hegra in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. Architectural design by Gio Forma includes the 700 meters long Shadow Canopy. Art installations feature recycled railway tracks. The hotel offers 35 rooms, suites, and villas with Nabatean-inspired architecture, multiple dining options, and a 1,200 square meters spa. Visitors can enjoy cultural tours, local wildlife, and workshops, including on Saudi coffee.

🏙 Capella Hotel Group to expand in 2025 with new hotels in Taipei, Macao, Kyoto, and Osaka, showcasing cultural authenticity and luxury design. Cristiano Rinaldi, president, emphasizes a strategy based on cultural richness, collaboration with renowned architects, and intimate scale for personalized service. Capella Taipei (Q1 2025) will feature 86 rooms, panoramic views of Taipei 101, and a unique culinary experience with five restaurants and a bar.
