🏨 Miiro Hotel Group opens The Mansard in Gstaad, Switzerland, featuring 29 rooms and suites with contemporary alpine design and amenities like Le Labo toiletries. It's their third opening in less than six months, following Grand Hôtel Cayré in Paris and Borneta in Barcelona. Plans include expanding to London and Vienna by 2025, with more projects from 2026. The Mansard boasts a restaurant highlighting local produce, Gstaad's only rooftop bar, wellness area with sauna, hydrotherapy wading pool, and a Refresh Room.

🏨 Hôtel Le 56, set to open in Bordeaux's burgeoning Quai de Paludate district, will welcome guests in January 2025. This new establishment features 89 stylish rooms, a modern fitness area, private parking, and a panoramic restaurant, Rivamour, located on the 6th floor. Targeting both business and leisure travelers, Le 56 merges Bordeaux tradition with contemporary comfort, amidst a locale undergoing significant cultural and tourist-oriented transformation.

🏡 In 2019, the Hôtel Littéraire Arthur Rimbaud was inaugurated in the heart of Paris's theater district near Gare de l'Est, where the poet Arthur Rimbaud arrived in September 1871. The hotel's new rooms, designed by interior decorator Aleth Prime, feature a range of green tones to reflect Rimbaud's affinity for nature and the color green, prominently featured in his poems.

🏨 Moxy Hotel is set to open in summer 2025 in Dubai, marking the brand's debut in the UAE. The Moxy Al Barsha Dubai will undergo brand positioning and renovation before its opening. The hotel aims to bring a playful and lively experience to Dubai's dynamic hospitality landscape, meeting the demand for stylish yet affordable hotel stays. This project also signifies increased conversion opportunities in the region, according to Chadi Hauch, Marriott International’s Vice President of Lodging Development for the Middle East. Moxy Hotels, known for breaking traditional hotel stay norms, has grown to over 135 active establishments in more than 25 countries in ten years.

🏨 Santareim Partners acquired the 32-room Comté de Nice hotel in Beaulieu-sur-Mer for private investors, with financial support from CECAZ, BPI, and the Côte d’Azur Tourism Fund (FTCA). The hotel, situated close to the marina, train station, and shops, is set to reopen in March 2025 after several months of renovations, including the conversion of two garden-level studios into four units. Additionally, Santareim Partners plans two more operations in the PACA region by late 2024 and aims to become a leading manager of non-listed funds within five years.

🏨 Hilton Garden Inn New Cairo Palm East, developed in partnership with Tahoon Real Estate Investment Group, features 126 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, rooftop bar, four meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a pool. Curio Collection by Hilton, set to open in 2027 in Sharm El Sheikh's Neama Bay, boasts 165 rooms, five restaurants, a fitness center, and outdoor pools. Concord Co. for Tourism Development, SAE, and Africa for Real Estate Investment signed agreements for Hilton's lifestyle brands in Egypt.

🏖️ Four Seasons and Paulson Puerto Rico announce a new luxury hotel and residential complex at Bahia Beach, Rio Grande, marking Four Seasons' entry into Puerto Rico and its Caribbean expansion. Set on 195 hectares of lush landscape, the Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is scheduled to open in late 2025. The resort will offer 139 renovated rooms and suites, 85 private residences, with additional existing units joining the residential portfolio.

🏖️ Hyatt Hotels Corporation announces the upcoming opening of Me and All Hotel Flims, the first of its brand outside Germany, in the Swiss Alps of Grisons. With 73 units, including 47 rooms and 26 apartments, it becomes the fifth Hyatt-branded hotel in Switzerland. The move marks Me and All's expansion into new markets, offering spaces for travelers and local communities, as stated by Michel Morauw of Hyatt. The brand, which has six establishments in Germany, aims for growth in Europe and beyond.

🏡 "Les Hauts de Sancerre", a 5-star historical estate near Paris, will open in spring 2025 after a 150-year closure. First opened in summer 2024, it showcased its château and park with breathtaking Loire Valley views. The 4.5-hectare "village within a village" includes the Château de Sancerre and the iconic Tour des Fiefs, offering a hybrid luxury vacation home and hotel experience. Starting with 8 rooms, it's a transformation of a historic site into an upscale retreat.

🏨 With over 45 brands, Accor is set to open numerous hotels and resorts in 2025, offering experiences ranging from luxury train journeys to seaside wellness retreats. The group emphasizes sustainable development and service excellence, highlighted by more than 330,000 Heartists worldwide. The La Dolce Vita Orient Express, in collaboration with Arsenale S.p.A., is a highlight, promising thematic journeys through Italian landscapes, evoking 1960s Italian culture.
