🏕 Four Seasons, in partnership with Hinitsa Bay Holdings, is expanding its luxury hospitality portfolio in Greece with a redevelopment project in Hinitsa Bay, Porto Heli. The project will transform a 75-hectare seafront property with over 3 kilometers of coastline into Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli, featuring 80 rooms and suites, 30 villas, and private residences. Guests and residents will enjoy Aegean Sea views, access to the beach, nearby town center, and walking trails along with Four Seasons' renowned services and facilities.

🏨 Atypio Hotel Experience expanded its network in early December by partnering with Covivio Hotels, adding 12 new hotels primarily in Île-de-France and Occitanie. This collaboration aims to enhance hotel performance and customer experience, potentially upgrading the establishments, which include the Mercure Boulogne Billancourt and Ibis hotels in Fontainebleau and Toulouse. Atypio now manages 40 properties, meeting its 2025 target ahead of schedule. Co-founders Étienne Faguer and Jérôme Schibler express enthusiasm for the significant partnership milestone.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group's first Radisson RED in Ireland opens October in Galway as part of the Crown Square project. The Radisson RED Galway, with 177 rooms over eight stories, offers a mix of art, music, and fashion. Its rooftop bar and restaurant overlook Galway Bay and Clare hills. The hotel boasts over 400 square meters of event space, including a versatile 300 square meter conference room and a 200 square meter meeting area. This space features modern audiovisual technology and can host up to 220 people in the Tribe Suite.

🏢 Real Estate Development by Euro Disney pre-commercialized a 20,000 m² mixed-use project in Chessy's Studios and Congrès district, fully booked by INSITU for offices and Mama Shelter for the hotel. Quadri Fiore Architecture designed the Art Deco Miami-inspired project. Construction starts June 2025, with delivery by 2028.

L'hôtel Hilton Brazzaville Les Tours Jumelles, avec ses 140 mètres de hauteur, est le plus haut bâtiment de la République du Congo, offrant une vue sur le fleuve Congo et Kinshasa. Il comprend 221 chambres, suites et appartements jusqu'à 675 m² et propose un restaurant tournant unique, s'adaptant aux besoins du marché local.

🏖️ Dart acquired Zemi Beach House from the Goldstein family of New York, who developed and operated it since its 2016 opening. Located on six acres in Shoal Bay, Anguilla, the 77-room luxury resort joins Dart's portfolio, which includes the Forbes five-star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, and Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, as well as Conrad Orlando at Evermore, opening in 2023. Dart aims to contribute to Anguilla’s community prosperity and tourism market.

🏨 Accor to open five new Ibis family hotels in Germany by 2025, catering to the growing demand for budget-friendly travel. Ibis Styles Neckarsulm, with 97 rooms, emphasizes sustainability and local culture, opens spring 2025. Two hotels, Ibis and Ibis Budget, each offering 114 rooms, to serve Berlin-Brandebourg Airport travelers, also slated for spring 2025. Ibis Styles Hamburg HafenCity features 403 rooms within a larger district development, set for mid-2025 opening.

🏨 WorldHotels™ expands its Crafted Collection with new hotels in North America and Europe, targeting business and leisure travelers with local culture, comfort, and service. City Hotel Gouda in the Netherlands features art reflecting local cultural history and multipurpose event spaces. Elm Hurst Inn & Spa in Ontario, Canada, established in 1872, offers 45 rooms, three luxury suites, and a spa. Hotel Flaner in Warsaw, Poland, has over 70 Art deco-style rooms and meeting facilities, located near cultural attractions.

🏔 Cimalpes, a leader in premium mountain real estate, unveils a collection of new exceptional properties for the winter season 2024/2025. The fully renovated Angelus 2 chalet is located in Val d’Isère's old village, less than 150m from ski slopes. The chalet features a ski room with boot heaters, a swimming pool, a sauna, and an elevator servicing all floors, including a children's dormitory and two spacious double en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor.

🍷 Bellevigne is a new establishment in Chambolle-Musigny, designed by Les Hôtels (Très) Particuliers as a meeting place for vintners, traders, villagers, experts, and wine enthusiasts.
