🛡 Groupe Duval signs a 30-year concession contract for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Cercle National des Armées (CNA) in Paris, inaugurated in 1928. The project, without cost to the Ministry of Armed Forces, aims to enhance the building's environmental, financial, and heritage value. The CNA will undergo its most significant update, aiming for “High Environmental Quality (HQE) sustainable building” certification. Duval will fully finance the renovation, maintenance, and will pay an annual fee to the ministry.
