🍽 Anne-Sophie Pic, the world's most decorated female chef, is extending her creative partnership with Dior, inaugurating a Café Dior in Tokyo's Ginza district on December 11, 2024, and another in Chengdu, China, from December 22, 2024. This follows the 2023 opening of Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic in Osaka. Pic's cuisine, inspired by Dior's archives and Christian Dior's epicureanism, features elegant dishes based on the oval shape, an iconic Dior emblem from the 30 Montaigne history.

🍽 After a notable inauguration in 2023, the pop-up restaurant Ducasse in AlUla, led by acclaimed French chef Alain Ducasse, returns for a new season. The reopening is part of the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) and the French Agency for AlUla Development (AFALULA)'s ambitious development strategy, enhancing the local culinary offerings. 💻 Virginie Corraze, Associate Director at Amadeus, leads a Green IT initiative since late 2021, integrating it as a core aspect of the company's ESG strategy. She directs a cross-functional team supporting 10,000 engineers with tools and standards to enhance work quality and reduce carbon footprint. Amadeus has conducted 12 interviews to tailor solutions for diverse engineering roles. Since 2021, 5,000 engineers have participated in the Climate Fresco workshop.
