📖 Christopher Weissberg, a former French deputy, was named representative at the Executive Office of the Groupement des Hôtelleries et Restaurations de France (GHR). The Executive Office, led by Catherine Quérard, has ten administrators. Weissberg, with a background from the University of Montreal, College of Europe, and Sciences Po-Paris, was a restaurateur in Saranac Lake, New York from 2010 to 2024. He also held political roles, including cabinet director and advisor, and served as a deputy from 2022 to 2024. He proposed a bill mandating "non homemade" labels on menus which evolved into a "homemade" law but was eventually dropped. Since October 2024, he has been the Director of Development at GHR.
