🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation reported a 5.0% increase in systemwide comparable hotel RevPAR for Q4 2024, and a 4.6% increase for the full year, compared to 2023. All-inclusive resorts saw a 2.9% RevPAR increase in Q4 and 4.4% for the year. Room growth was 7.8% in 2024. Net income (loss) was ($56 million) in Q4 and $1.296 billion for the year, with adjusted net income at $40 million in Q4 and $375 million for 2024. Diluted EPS was ($0.58) for Q4 and $12.65 for the year, with adjusted diluted EPS at $0.42 for Q4 and $3.66 for 2024. Adjusted EBITDA reached $255 million in Q4 and $1.096 billion for the year, with a portfolio of approximately 138,000 signed management or franchise rooms. Hyatt repurchased about 8 million shares for a total purchase price of $1.19 billion in 2024, returning $1.25 billion to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.
