🍴 Celebrating Maison Masse's 140th anniversary, a contest highlighting foie gras involves 5 finalists who must honor French culinary tradition inspired by historical chefs. Challenges include making a pressed duck foie gras with seasonal fruits and vegetables, served in 10 deep plates with a gourmet toast, and a traditional French dish featuring three whole duck foie gras lobes with potato sides and a verjus grape sauce. Selected by 87 chefs with a combined 59 Michelin stars and 5 MOFs from 28 candidates across five regional selections, finalists are Arthur Debray, Aurélien Duvacher, Elyée Mauclair, Maxime Kuhlmann, and Yohan Jacquet.
