🏥 Elie Bruyninckx began his career at TUI in September 2000 with Belgian tour operator Jetair. In May 2003, he initiated a hybrid tour operator model, blending package travels with flight-only sales. Later that year, he founded Belgian airline Jetairfly. As of 2015, Bruyninckx is a member of the executive committee and CEO of TUI's Western region, overseeing the Dutch, Belgian, and French markets. 🍴 In 2025, Essonne’s Papilles d’Or culinary label celebrates its 25th anniversary with a special edition featuring new initiatives. Spearheaded by the Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Essonne Ile-de-France Chamber of Crafts and Trades, the event drafts triple-starred chef Régis Marcon as patron. The competition involves 15 food trades, ranging from butchery to gourmet dining, and includes primeurs and street food. Participants are judged by juries of professionals and consumers, rated 1 to 4 Papilles.
