He became the head of Maia Luxury Resort in 2021 and successfully integrated it into the Anantara group. In 2023, Hellec joined Kisawa Sanctuary in Mozambique as General Manager. Eric Boonstoppel, VP of Operations at LVMH Hotel Management, welcomes him to his new role.

🏨 Rob Rain appointed as General Manager at OTO Development, part of Johnson Group, overseeing strategic initiatives for growth and profitability. Rain succeeds former leaders Corry Oakes and Todd Turner. With over a decade at Johnson Group, he previously led Johnson Development Associates to become a top private warehouse developer over 10 years. Rain holds a bachelor's degree with honors from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and is set to continue the legacy with OTO's 2,700 team members.

With 30 years of HR management experience across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and banking, Meynent focuses on a people-centric approach. Reporting to Larry Cuculic, President and CEO of BWH Hotels, Ryan will oversee the technology management team and guide global digital strategy and transformation. Previously, Ryan contributed to significant revenue growth for consumer-focused brands such as PetSmart, Urban Outfitters, and Backcountry, enhancing customer experience and leading digital transformation.

💰 July 2021: Billionaire Rodophe Saadé and his family's fund Merit invested over 50 million euros in Financière Lov & Lifestyle. Hamza Sehili, before joining Tunis Grand Hotel, held key positions including General Manager and Consultant in luxury hospitality, and Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Tunis. In the Lot, the Australian-owned Château de Cieurac plans to add 30 rooms, a spa, a pool, and a 50-space parking lot, sparking debate between residents and the town hall over a luxury project and 20 jobs. Maison Albar – Le Victoria, a 5-star hotel on Avenue de Suède in Nice, will open in October, as announced by the management.
