🌿 Relais & Châteaux, in its 8th collaboration with Slow Food under Food For Change, urges its 580 establishments to join “Plantons l’Avenir” for a plant-rich diet. The network boasts 376 Michelin stars, including 40 green stars. Vice-president Mauro Colagreco highlights the chefs' role in showcasing sustainable, flavorful cuisine while addressing climate urgency. This shift aims at reducing ecological footprints, noting that 100g of beef protein emits 35.5kg of greenhouse gases.
