💱 In 2024, Pôle emploi will become France Travail. On October 24, 2024, France Travail launched France Travail Pro, enhancing services for TPE/PME. A new dedicated phone line for companies, 39 95, will operate from 7:30 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday, starting December 1, 2024. The service aims to double the number of visits to companies with 6,000 dedicated advisors. Employer pages on pro.francetravail.fr will be redesigned, and training schemes will merge, with 100% simplified payment for POEI in tutoring from November 2024.

Budget Formation HCR – Point sur la situation des financements

💸 The Hôtels Cafés Restaurants (HCR) sector fully utilized its 2024 training budget for 35,500 trainees. Post 16/10/2024, AKTO stopped funding in-house training for HCR, and from 21/10/2024, transversal and AFEST trainings were removed from HCR's Espace Formation. HCR companies now exclusively access the "Actions collectives métiers en INTER entreprises" via the Espace Formation. Charge de la preuve en matière d’heures supplémentaires
