Key features include centralized messaging, excluding structured requests like check-in/out, data changes, cancellations, parking, or bed preferences. Hotels can proactively communicate with guests from booking until seven days post-departure. Customers can reach out up to 66 days post-departure, with hotels granted an additional 14 days to respond. AI-driven efficiency enables agents to translate, edit, and use templates for quicker, more personalized interactions.
