During hospitalization, workers are entitled to 3 days of absence until the child's 16th birthday, and in case of illness, they receive 2 days until the child's 10th birthday, without salary loss, effective December 1, 2024. These benefits apply unless the company has existing policies, and they are cumulative and paid as worked time.
