L’hôtellerie mancelle fait-elle le plein durant les 24 Heures du Mans ?
🏁 2025, Le Mans: The 24 Hours of Le Mans set a new attendance record with 332,000 spectators, surpassing last year's 329,000. Despite ticket prices rising by nearly €20 in two years, they sold out quickly. Hotel occupancy dropped to 85.5%, down 6.9 points from 2024, influenced by the rise of short-term rentals, according to Jean-Jacques Foignet of Sarthe Tourisme. Half of the foreign visitors extended their stays, often opting for private lodging or staying with locals.
