📈 National hotel occupancy in France rose by 2.3 points, reaching 73.2% in July 2025, while the average price dropped by 8%. All hotel categories saw price decreases, with top-tier hotels experiencing an 8.3% decline. RevPAR in high-end hotels fell by 1.3%, but occupancy increased by 5.7 points, driven by international visitors, particularly Americans, who spend €170 daily compared to €75 by French tourists. In Paris, occupancy grew by 5.3 points, with American and Asian arrivals increasing by 2.8% and 6.4%, respectively.
