📡 Cloudbeds has launched two AI-based solutions, Signals and Engage, through its new incubator, Cloudbeds Labs. Signals predicts lodging demand with 96% accuracy 180 days in advance, enabling automated email campaigns and increased bookings. Engage, available 24/7 and fluent in 5 languages, handles phone inquiries, reservations, and proactive offers like upgrades without human intervention. Cloudbeds, founded in 2012, introduced Cloudbeds Intelligence, the first multimodal and causal AI-based PMS, in October 2024. CEO Adam Harris emphasizes the shift from incremental innovation to large-scale change in the hospitality sector, leveraging AI to handle critical factors like high OTA commissions and labor costs, while allowing staff to focus on genuine customer connections.
