📱 SHR joins forces with Saudico Electronic Systems to enhance hotel loyalty programs in the rapidly growing market of Saudi Arabia. Due to scarce loyalty programs in Saudi hotels, there's an increased dependence on online travel agencies (OTAs) and low direct booking rates despite high customer loyalty. To counter this, local hoteliers aim to develop effective loyalty programs to retain customers, reduce OTA reliance, and increase direct bookings. SHR will provide advanced software solutions, including a central reservation system (CRS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and a revenue management system (RMS), to improve loyalty initiatives.
