Strategically located between Bradford and Leeds, it's close to the National Science and Media Museum, Saltaire, Brontë Parsonage Museum, and Bartercard Odsal Stadium. The agreement includes the development of 40 Super 8 hotels over the next decade, with the first hotel set to open in Leiria, Portugal, in Q4 2027. The expansion caters to budget-conscious travelers with a focus on efficiency and sustainability through modular design.

📍 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's leading hotel franchisor, and Portugal-based Soliteight Hotel Projects SA announce an exclusive development agreement to expand the Super 8® by Wyndham brand in Spain and Portugal. Over the next decade, 40 Super 8 establishments will open on the Iberian Peninsula, with the first in Leiria, Portugal, slated for Q4 2027. This responds to a tourist boom, with Spain expecting 94 million international visitors in 2024, a 3.2% GDP growth, and a significant RevPAR increase (+142% since 2019) in the economy segment. 🍔 Le Slimana, inaugurated in August 2023 in Marrakech's Medina, blends Moroccan tradition with Mediterranean influences across three floors. 🍴 Internationally renowned French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten opened a restaurant in Dublin, located on the rooftop of the luxurious new hotel The Leinster, quickly becoming a city hotspot among local food enthusiasts and visiting epicures. JGV, known for his prestigious venues in New York, Tokyo, and Paris, chose Dublin for its strong culinary tradition and exceptional ingredients. Originally opened in 1995 as Vienna's first design hotel, it's located on Wiedner Hauptstraße in the city's 4th district, close to Karlsplatz and city center.
