🏨 Hospitality ON lists new hotel openings internationally, updated bi-monthly with locations, images, and key information. 🏕 B&B Hotels opened B&B Hotel Sevilla Bormujos, their second establishment in Seville province, as part of its expansion in the Iberian Peninsula. This addition brings the group's total to seven hotels in Andalusia and 59 across Spain. Located in Bormujos, about 7 km from Seville's city center and near Santa Justa train station, the hotel features 99 double and triple rooms. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, buffet breakfast, Chromecast-compatible TVs, and complimentary hot drinks. The property operates under a long-term guaranteed lease. Jorge Zelada, director of development for B&B Hotels Spain & Portugal, plans five more establishments in the region in the coming years. Developed by Retrada, a B&B Hotels real estate partner.

🏨 IHG expands with Kimpton Dubai, a high-end hospitality venture in the emirate catering to the rising demand for boutique and experiential stays. Located by Business Bay canal, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Kimpton Dubai features 280 rooms including suites, three dining concepts, event space with seven meeting rooms, a rooftop pool, spa, and fitness center. Marking the second collaboration with API Hotels & Resorts, the launch follows the InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay set for September 2024. Haitham Mattar, IHG's MD for India, Middle East & Africa, highlights Kimpton's unique luxury lifestyle hospitality. With over 122 hotels across nine Middle Eastern countries, IHG solidifies its premium hospitality stance.

🏖️ La Vie Hotels & Resorts develops $30 million NOOE Bangsaray Hotels and Restaurants, featuring 100 rooms sized between 47-95 m² with private lounge areas and jacuzzis on terraces. Located two hours from Bangkok, the project offers private pools, a rooftop bar with sea views, artisanal cocktails, a Beach Club with private beach access, and lounge service. Jerry Xu, CEO, partners with businesswoman Irinraya Pattanawiranon to promote local tourism, job creation, and coastal preservation. Following the Maldives, Thailand welcomes the second NOOE resort.

🏡 The Hoxton Nashville, part of the Ennismore hotel group, is set to open in 2027 in Pie Town and will feature over 200 rooms, a rooftop terrace with a pool, a speakeasy, a fitness center, an event terrace, and “The Apartment” space. GREC Architects and AIME Studios are behind the architecture and interior designs respectively. The hotel will showcase local art and design, with initiatives like the Hox Gallery and a “Best of” collection highlighting local brands and creators.

🏨 Motel One Group in 2024 achieved a record annual revenue of €980 million, a 15% increase from 2023. EBITDAR rose to €532 million, with a 54.3% margin, and management EBITDA grew by 13% to €265 million. The company expanded its network with five new hotels, adding 1,458 rooms, and maintained an average occupancy rate of 71%, with Q4 2024 reaching 74% and a TRevPAR of €102.

🏨 Zleep Hotels expands into Germany with the opening of Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach, marking the Danish brand's first venture in the country. The hotel, which embraces Scandinavian design for affordable, high-quality accommodation, is located near Frankfurt International Airport. It features 175 rooms with modern amenities, catering to both business and leisure travelers, and is conveniently situated for airline crew due to its airport proximity. 🏨 Gewan Hotels & Resorts, based in Abu Dhabi, announces expansion into the Egyptian market with five new properties, adding over 1,000 rooms. This move, effective as of April 30, 2025, involves a full rebranding, service transformation, and upgrade to international standards. CEO Ahmad Hassib sees Egypt as a promising market for their modern, culturally rooted hospitality approach. Alaa Al Ali, NG9 Holding's founder and CEO, views the move as reflective of Egypt's tourism potential. Each hotel will have a unique identity aligned with Gewan's philosophy of accessible luxury and authenticity.

🚢 Jumeirah Group, part of Dubai Holding, announces three new luxury properties in Dubai as part of its "Mission 2030" strategy to double its global portfolio size and reinforce its local market leadership. "Jumeirah Asora Bay" is a boutique hotel with 103 keys including 20 villas, with an opening set for 2029 at La Mer South. The "Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay" will offer 29 high-end units, featuring spectacular Persian Gulf views, developed alongside Meraas. Additionally, "Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers" consists of 754 urban units in Dubai's business district.

📌 Interhome expands in Scandinavia with the opening of its first local agency in Halmstad, Sweden, on May 2, aiming to provide close service to clients and homeowners in Halland and Småland regions. With a portfolio of 40,000 holiday homes and apartments across over 20 countries, Interhome now has a network exceeding 120 local agencies in Europe, emphasizing the Nordic market's importance. Sweden's tourism has grown by 31% in international visits over the last two years.
