🏖️ Four Seasons to open a luxury resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, UAE, by 2026, in partnership with Al Zorah Development Company. The resort will feature 23 villas, 74 rooms and suites with private terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf, just 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport. The resort promises upscale amenities including an 85-meter infinity pool, an adult-only pool, a children's pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a lavish spa, and a private beach. Guests can enjoy bespoke activities, including diving and exploring local mangroves and lagoons.

🏖️ TUI France expands with 10 new Lookéa and Marmara clubs across six countries in summer 2025, boosting its network to 59 vacation clubs in Europe. New additions in Greece, Spain, Montenegro, Kenya, Mauritius, and the Dominican Republic cater to diverse clientele. Club Marmara Gran Palas in Spain features a luxury spa near Port Aventura, while Club Lookéa Delphi Beach in Greece offers all-inclusive seaside experiences. The expansion includes 650 animators and 60 delegates enhancing customer experience.

🏨 Leonardo Hotels Central Europe to open Leonardo Mainz in Rhin-Main region in August 2025, marking the chain's seventh hotel in the area. The renovated property will feature 217 rooms and suites, designed by Andreas Neudahm, and 13 conference rooms totaling 225 square meters. Amenities include a welcoming lobby, bar, restaurant with terrace, and a wellness area, catering to business and leisure travelers, and featuring the unique "Kasematten" bar in a vaulted cellar.

🏨 Kimpton Main Frankfurt, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle brand, opened as the brand's first hotel in Germany. Located in Frankfurt's financial district, the hotel boasts 155 rooms and suites with a design inspired by the 20th-century Bauhaus movement and the building's history as the former Deutsche Bank headquarters. The interior features a contemporary take on Bauhaus aesthetics with geometric shapes, minimalist decor, and modern materials such as steel, glass, velvet, green marble, red depths, and dark cherry wood.

🏠 Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest independent hotel group, announced the addition of 19 new properties from 12 countries to its global portfolio during the first quarter of 2025. These hotels are located in Greece, Brazil, Spain, Italy, and more, each offering a unique luxury experience with personalized service. Notable properties include Andronis Luxury Suites in Santorini, Greece, and Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA.

🏖 SLS Hotels & Residences opened its first European establishment, SLS Barcelona, in the heart of the dynamic Port Fòrum, Barcelona. The hotel features 471 rooms and suites with balconies or private terraces, designed by the Rockwell Group. Gastronomic offerings include six different concepts, such as Lora, L’Anxova Divina, Kyara, and Cosmico, a rooftop with pools, DJs, and sushi boats. The resort boasts three pools, a fitness center by Edan Studios, an upcoming underground spa, and exceptional event spaces, including a ballroom.

🏨 Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels International now has over 400 properties worldwide. Launched in 2008, the brand has 423 establishments and more than 70 hotels in development. In 2024, it saw a 40% increase in room numbers from the previous year. New markets include Washington, Vancouver, Mexico, Queensland, and a recent addition in Calama, Chile. A new logo was introduced, with continued expansion in key urban and leisure markets.

🏖 Marriott International celebrates the opening of the St. Regis Cap Cana Resort, marking the brand's debut in the Dominican Republic. Nestled in the exclusive enclave of Cap Cana, this new hotel boasts proximity to a world-renowned golf course, pristine beaches, and local culture. The resort, designed by Acebal Canney Arquitectos with interiors by CHAPI Design, features 200 rooms and 36 suites, some with private pools and ocean views, embodying Caribbean refinement with natural materials and soft colors.

🏛 UNICO Hotel Collection, known for its "hyper-local" positioning and high-end all-inclusive offerings, is opening UNICO 20°105° Hotel Vallarta in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, marking a new chapter for the brand's ambitious international development. The adult-only boutique hotel will feature just 141 rooms, ensuring an intimate experience. It boasts a cultural bridge combining contemporary design, personalized hospitality, and regional traditions. Guests can enjoy immersive local experiences, a wellness spa, Café Inez, and the guidance of Local Hosts. The gastronomy includes three specialty restaurants: Agua Madre with authentic Mexican cuisine, Lia with Italian influences, and KOBO offering Japanese flavors. The hotel is set in Puerto Vallarta, a tourist hotspot known for its historic center, arts scene, and traditional crafts, offering a mix of relaxation and cultural exploration.

🏨 Opening in 2027, a new 4-star hotel with 104 rooms and suites alongside a restaurant and panoramic terrace will grace the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit at the Esses de la Forêt turn. Initiated by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), the hotel aims to enhance the visitor experience. Construction by Virage 5 and ADIM Ouest started in February 2025, as part of the circuit's southern hub development, which includes Antarès and the Golf des 24 Heures.
