📄 Atland acquired a 169-room Campanile hotel in Duisburg, Germany, aligning with their strategy led by Bruno Juin, focused on investing in recent assets secured by long-term leases. The hotel, delivered in 2020, is leased to the Louvre Hôtel Group for 15 years. This follows a previous acquisition of an ibis Budget in Bilbao, Spain. Atland aims to expand in Europe, particularly in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland.

🏚 Depuis le 7 mai, le Domaine Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris a dévoilé 193 nouveaux cottages premium & VIP, situés à 30 km de Paris. 📍 NYX Hotels, part of Leonardo Hotels, will open the NYX Hotel Berlin Köpenick in May 2025. Located along the Dahme River in Berlin's Köpenick district, the 190-room hotel combines creative design and modern amenities near Köpenick Palace. Local artists, including Mirko Reisser (DAIM), contribute to its artistic design. Interiors by Andreas Neudahm feature vibrant, functional spaces. 🏨 Le 14 mai, Le Domaine de Verchant, à Castelnau-le-Lez, a inauguré son extension, après 2,5 ans de travaux. L'hôtel 5 étoiles double sa capacité à 50 chambres. Conçu par Pascal Mégias, le projet de 17 M€ inclut un bâtiment de 4 000 m² avec 25 nouvelles suites et un restaurant agrandi, Marcelle, passant de 35 à 50 couverts. L'extension comprend une suite présidentielle de 300 m².
