🏨 Vivium, through its brand Luura, aims to redefine luxury in hospitality with distinctive hotels. Founded in 2025, Luura partners with Ennismore, part of Accor, joining Morgans Originals. The Luura Cliff hotel, with 39 rooms, opens in April 2026 in west Paros, designed by Elastic Architects and Lambs and Lions. Luura Sand, with 45+ rooms, follows in 2027 in east Paros. Luura offers artistic hospitality and diverse dining experiences with Ennismore's F&B platform.

🏨 Regent Hotels & Resorts returns to Australia after 28 years with the Regent Melbourne, set to open by 2030, transforming the InterContinental Melbourne the Rialto with Victorian and contemporary design. By late 2025, IHG will rebrand three Crowne Plaza locations to InterContinental hotels in Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra. Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach will offer a seafront Club InterContinental, while Canberra will host an InterContinental and introduce Hotel Indigo to the city.

🏠 Radisson Hotel Group plans four new hotels across Romania, set to open between 2027 and 2028 in Bucharest, Brașov, and Mamaia.
