🏨 Christie & Co completed the sale of Hôtel Caron de Beaumarchais, located at 12 rue Vieille du Temple, Paris 4e, under an exclusive mandate. TF Holding acquired the property, including its 19 rooms, for a private client. This 3-star hotel is in the historic Marais district, near Notre-Dame and the Louvre. It offers excellent access to Saint-Paul and Pont-Marie metro stations, within 5 minutes' walk, and Île Saint-Louis, 10 minutes away.

💵 Aby Rosen’s RFR sold The Jaffa hotel in Tel Aviv’s historic Jaffa district for $123 million. The sale price set a record in Israel’s hotel sector, reaching about $1 million per room for the 120-room luxury complex. Rosen acquired the site in 2006, transforming it with renowned architects John Pawson and Ramy Gill. They restored the 1879-built inn by François Guinet and added a modern building, blending history with contemporary luxury.

💸 Legal & General (L&G), one of Europe's largest asset managers, has acquired a 75% stake in Proprium Capital Partners, an investment firm with $3.5 billion in assets. Proprium invests in sectors like residential, student housing, hotels, and logistics. L&G's Private Markets platform targets growth in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, managing a £22 billion portfolio. They aim for £85 billion under management by 2028 and commit $300 million to Proprium for future strategies.
