🏨 Minor Hotels, in partnership with Seven Tides, will manage Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, from August 1, 2025, in Palm West Beach, UAE. This strategic acquisition strengthens its presence on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The resort features 273 hotel rooms and 287 serviced apartments, adding to Minor's portfolio with 1,524 keys. The location offers six restaurants, a private beach, and wellness facilities, enhancing its luxury and lifestyle offerings.

🏗️ NEXT Generation Invest AG and Ostsee-Sparkasse Rostock announced that TRIBE, Accor's design hotel brand, will occupy the Skydeck tower in Rostock. Construction begins in Q1 2025. The 80-meter, 17-floor Skydeck will house a 4-star hotel with 157 rooms, wellness facilities, a rooftop Skybar, conference spaces, offices, and dining options. Tristar GmbH operates the hotel under a long-term lease. TRIBE has prior expansions in Düsseldorf and Baden-Baden.

🏨 Hotel Indigo Gandia - Beach and Vignette Collection Jerez, Spain strengthen IHG's luxury presence. Vignette Collection Mallorca - Finca Banyols will open with 45 rooms in the first half of 2025, managed by Hotel Collection International. Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian - Errenteria highlights the brand's success in Essentials. IHG's Spanish portfolio reaches nearly 13,000 rooms with these additions, including 500 new recent ones.

🏨 Best Western Hotels, via BWH Hotels Central Europe GmbH, expands into Slovakia with the opening of the Best Western Hotel Prešov on June 1, 2025. Located in Solivary, Prešov, it is the area's only international hotel brand. Managed by APLEND, it features 39 rooms over four floors in the SOLIVARIA center. Designed with urban and regional elements, it includes essential services like 24-hour coffee, high-speed internet, and caters to business and leisure travelers.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts, on May 27, 2025, launched its first voco brand resort in Quang Binh, Vietnam. The voco Quang Binh Resort – By IHG features 68 beachfront suites and villas ranging from 43 to 300 m², located in Dong Hoi, offering direct access to Bao Ninh Beach. Highlights include an indochinese design, spa with 17 cabins, indoor and outdoor pools, local cuisine at Flamingo Restaurant, and a signature welcome with "Cu Đơ" candy.

🌆 Le 26 mai 2025, Hyatt Hotels Corporation a annoncé un partenariat avec Nagoya Railroad Co., Ltd. pour ouvrir un hôtel Andaz à Nagoya après 2034. Situé autour de la gare Meitetsu Nagoya, l'hôtel comptera environ 150 chambres et suites sur les étages 25 à 29, avec restaurants, bars, et un spa. C'est la première collaboration entre Hyatt et Nagoya Railroad, visant à transformer la gare en un hub urbain et culturel.

🏨 Luxembourg Marriott Hotel Alfa opened on May 27, 2025, marking Marriott Hotels' debut in Luxembourg. Located opposite the capital's central train station, this historic building combines Art Deco design with modern hospitality. Originally built in 1932 by architect Alfred Lefèvre and a national monument since 1991, it hosted U.S. generals during the 1944 Battle of the Bulge. The interiors were modernized by Iria Degen Interiors to blend historic charm with contemporary luxury.

📍 Alltours is expanding in Greece with new hotels for summer 2025. In Crete, Allsun Hotels will debut its first 5-star hotel, Carolina Sun Beach, and reopen the upgraded Allsun Malia Beach, now a 4.5-star resort with 278 rooms. Allsun's total properties in Greece will reach six, with more openings in 2026. The Alltoura club segment is also growing with new resorts like the Club Hotel Mare Blue & Village in Crete and Club Hotel Kiotari Miraluna Resort in Rhodes.

🏖 La Compagnie des Alpes annonce pour le 1er semestre 2024/25 un chiffre d’affaires de 850 M€, en hausse de 11,6 %, et un EBO record de 312 M€, une progression de 12,9 %. 🌟 Projets futurs : un 4e hôtel au Parc Astérix (300 chambres, début 2027) et un 4e hôtel au Futuroscope (240 chambres, début 2028), visant les labels HQE Très Performant et Clef Verte. 🍳 Arcotel Hotels a inauguré son quatrième hôtel à Vienne, l'Arcotel AQ, dans le quartier Althan Quartier (AQ). Cet hôtel quatre étoiles dispose de 157 chambres et suites, certaines avec balcon, et propose divers services tels qu'un restaurant et quatre salles de séminaire. Le design, signé destilat, intègre des éléments classiques et contemporains. La grande ouverture est prévue pour septembre 2025, et l'hôtel vise à s'intégrer dans la communauté locale avec son bar BARbara.
