🏨 25hours Hotels is opening its first Egyptian location in West Cairo's Junction, developed by Majid Al Futtaim. This lifestyle hotel, spanning over 129,000 m², will feature approximately 250 rooms. It will include unique hospitality concepts like 25hours Heimat, offering hotel rooms and residences. Facilities include dining spaces, coworking zones, a spa, and meeting areas. The design will reflect local culture with a playful, contemporary style.

🏠 Nobu Hospitality plans its first Eastern European residential development in Krakow, Poland, after successfully opening Nobu Hotel Warsaw in 2020. Developed with SAO Investments, the project will feature 100 hotel rooms and 80 residences, offering priority bookings and personalized services. Krakow's "city within a city" concept includes Nobu's first cultural district with a theater, cinema, recording studio, coworking space, and art gallery, plus a rooftop pool and fitness center. Plans for a £360 million project in Manchester were also announced.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is set to rebrand a luxury resort at Desaru Coast, Malaysia, opening in January 2026. Spanning 128 hectares of tropical forest and 17 kilometers of beach, the resort will feature 44 suites and villas, some with private pools. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, it includes 5 culinary experiences, a holistic spa, and a Kids’ Club.
