🏨 Radisson Hotel Group opens Cour des Loges Lyon on June 3, 2025, marking its Radisson Collection debut in France. Located in Lyon's UNESCO-listed Vieux-Lyon, the restored 14th-century Renaissance building, led by architect Cécile Rémond, features six interior courtyards and a 17-meter-high glass roof. 🏨 Marriott International launched its first Moxy Hotel in Turkey, the Moxy Istanbul Beyoğlu, situated in the vibrant Beyoğlu district near Taksim and Istiklal Avenue. Designed by Designist Architecture, the hotel combines neoclassical and local elements with 167 rooms and suites. It occupies the historic Afrika Han building, blending architectural heritage with contemporary design. Armani Hotels & Resorts and Versace have established luxury hotels in Milan, Dubaï, and Macao. An example is the Karl Lagerfeld hotel, which opened a year ago at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort, demonstrating the shift from mere product sales to offering an immersive lifestyle experience.

Les établissements visent à répondre à la demande croissante de séjours flexibles pour les voyageurs modernes. Modena by Fraser Shenzhen, ouvert le 29 mars 2025, propose 325 appartements, est situé dans la tour Shennan 1001, et offre un accès direct à Hong Kong via trois lignes de métro.
