🏨 Barceló Hotel Group opens the 4-star Occidental Faro in Algarve's capital, marking its first Occidental hotel in Portugal and debut in Algarve. This launch brings Barceló's total to four hotels in Portugal, targeting the growing European tourist market. The hotel boasts 89 rooms over four floors with business tourism spaces, appealing to leisure and MICE audiences. Strategically located in a highly demanded region, it combines beach and business tourism.

🏨 Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, an iconic British landmark, will join Accor's Emblems Collection in Q4 2025. This will mark its debut as the first establishment embodying Emblems' luxury, unique character, and bespoke service. 🏠 Oman, June 2025: The Lux Collective, led by CEO Olivier Chavy, is launching "SOCIO By The Lux Collective" in Sultan Haitham City. Unveiled at the Oman Real Estate Expo on May 21, this upscale hotel and residential complex is part of Oman's first sustainable smart city. Located in Yenaier Residences, it includes 170 hotel keys, 123 serviced apartments, and 96 brand residences, focusing on premium services and Omani-inspired design aligned with Oman's Vision 2040.

🏨 Accor's Emblems Collection launches with Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, opening in Q4 2025. Located 10 km from Bath, a UNESCO site, the 202-hectare estate showcases Georgian architecture and English gardens. It features 42 unique rooms, 9 private cottages, a Michelin-starred restaurant by Hywel Jones, a renowned spa, an equestrian center, and "The Hideaway" kids' area. 🏠 Euragone by Pierre Beckerich and Mata Capital, led by Jean-Baptiste Pracca, formed a joint venture, Yoomata Aldgate Property Ltd, to acquire the Challenger House in Whitechapel, London for nearly €50 million. 🏨 Accor a ouvert son 100e hôtel en Espagne avec l'ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas. Situé près de l'aéroport Adolfo Suárez de Madrid, cet hôtel de 260 chambres inclut un snack-bar 24h/24 et une piscine sur le toit. Le portefeuille espagnol de Accor comprend aussi le Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol à Cadix, avec 153 chambres et 47 villas, et le SLS Barcelona en bord de mer à Port Fòrum, Barcelone.

🏨 Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas, in collaboration with George V Eatertainment/Buddha-Bar International, is set to open by the end of 2027 on Dubai's World Islands. The project features a 162-key 5-star hotel and exclusive floating villas. It targets high-end European travelers and local clientele, offering immersive experiences. Josef Kleindienst, the project initiator, sees Dubai as a key destination amid shifting travel trends from Europe to the Gulf.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced on June 10, 2025, the signing of InterContinental Manchester – Deansgate, set in Beetham Tower, UK. It will feature 264 rooms with stunning Manchester skyline views. A complete renovation will occur by 2027, led by Blue Manchester Hotel Limited. This transformation includes a ground-floor restaurant and bar, indoor pool, wellness area, fitness center, and 18 meeting rooms spanning over 1,800 m². Willemijn Geels emphasizes the project's strategic importance.
