🏨 Le 9HOTEL CHELTON, a 4-star hotel in Brussels' European quarter, will reopen in July 2025. Redesigned by Bruno Borrione, it features 49 rooms, an indoor pool, sensory showers, a fitness area, and a 24-hour honesty bar. Located at 48 rue Véronèse, it offers easy access to Brussels-Schuman station and Square Ambiorix. A continental breakfast is served from 6:30-10 a.m. on weekdays and 7-11 a.m. on weekends and holidays.

🏨 Amsterdam, 13 juin 2025 - Le Conservatorium Hotel, au cœur du Quartier des Musées d’Amsterdam, se prépare à son rebranding sous l'enseigne Mandarin Oriental début 2026. Susanne Hatje, forte de 28 ans d’expérience, dont 18 avec Mandarin Oriental, est nommée Directrice Générale depuis le 2 juin 2025. Avant Amsterdam, elle a dirigé l'ouverture de Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, Londres (2022) et dirigé Mandarin Oriental, New York pendant près de 10 ans.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental will manage the San Clemente Palace in Venice, Italy, on a private 5-hectare island, offering unique views of the Venetian lagoon. This historical location, 8 minutes by boat from St. Mark's Square, will operate under Mandarin Oriental until November 2025, then undergo a three-phase renovation. It will be renamed Mandarin Oriental, Venice in April 2026. Laurent Kleitman, CEO of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, highlights the alignment of this historic site with the company's vision.

🏨 En 2023, Europa Park a accueilli 6 millions de visiteurs, confirmant sa place de deuxième parc le plus fréquenté d'Europe. 🏠 Maison Bauchart, ouverte en mai 2024 près du Trocadéro, propose 10 suites exclusives dans un manoir du XIXe siècle. 📍 Situé à l'angle de Clerkenwell Road et Goswell Road, l'hôtel Indigo London Clerkenwell dispose de 143 chambres et est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Farringdon. Ouvert pour voyageurs d'affaires et touristes, cet hôtel fait partie de la stratégie d'expansion d'IHG pour la marque Hotel Indigo à Londres et au Royaume-Uni.

🏖 Dusit Hotels and Resorts expands with the Dusit Hotel AG Park, Chengdu, just 30 minutes from Chengdu's city center. Nestled amid tea plantations and organic farms, this luxury hotel offers 241 rooms and 7 private villas. 🏨 Capella Hotels and Resorts is set to debut in Europe with the opening of Capella Florence in 2027. Located on Via San Gallo, Florence, it will feature 89 rooms, including 33 suites and 10 exclusive residences. Designed by RPA and De Vita & Schulze, with interiors by Liaigre, the site—a former 12th-century convent—will host two restaurants, a rooftop bar, a speakeasy, an amphitheater, and a 600 m² Capella Spa.

🏨 Garrigae Spa Caserne de Briançon, a 4-star hotel in a rehabilitated barracks in Briançon, opens December 5, 2025, led by Director Vincent Guinebretiere, appointed by Noemys. Guinebretiere joined Noemys in 2017, managing several Garrigae sites, including Manoir de Beauvoir. An École Hôtelière de Lausanne graduate, he boasts versatile expertise. He describes the project as a unique transformation of military heritage into a rejuvenating alpine retreat.

🏨 Le JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa a ouvert ses portes sur la côte crétoise, offrant 160 chambres, suites, et villas avec vues sur la mer Égée. Situé à Marathi, près de La Canée, le resort couvre plus de 40 hectares de littoral préservé. La plupart des hébergements incluent des piscines privées. Ce projet marque le premier établissement JW Marriott sur le littoral méditerranéen, incorporant la culture crétoise dans un cadre luxueux.
