🏠 Euragone by Pierre Beckerich and Mata Capital, led by Jean-Baptiste Pracca, formed a joint venture, Yoomata Aldgate Property Ltd, to acquire the Challenger House in Whitechapel, London for nearly €50 million. Challenger House includes The Corner Hotel with 180 rooms. This marks the third Yooma Urban Lodge, following Paris (2017) and Brussels. The project integrates immersive experiences like cooking classes and wellness amenities, expanding their pioneering hybrid hospitality concept.

🍳 Tony Goncalves, Chef at Molitor in Paris, joined in 2014, now offers Mediterranean-inspired, seasonal cuisine. Camilla D’Ambrosio from Italy, known for creative desserts, brings fresh, original pastries. Cédric Doux leads the service team, drawing from experiences at prestigious Parisian venues like Fouquet’s and Crillon. Molitor, a historic Art Deco establishment in the 16th arrondissement, is renowned for its chic ambiance, marking a new culinary chapter.

🏨 Accor a ouvert son 100e hôtel en Espagne avec l'ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas. Situé près de l'aéroport Adolfo Suárez de Madrid, cet hôtel de 260 chambres inclut un snack-bar 24h/24 et une piscine sur le toit. Le portefeuille espagnol de Accor comprend aussi le Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol à Cadix, avec 153 chambres et 47 villas, et le SLS Barcelona en bord de mer à Port Fòrum, Barcelone.

🏨 Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas, in collaboration with George V Eatertainment/Buddha-Bar International, is set to open by the end of 2027 on Dubai's World Islands. The project features a 162-key 5-star hotel and exclusive floating villas. It targets high-end European travelers and local clientele, offering immersive experiences. Josef Kleindienst, the project initiator, sees Dubai as a key destination amid shifting travel trends from Europe to the Gulf.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced on June 10, 2025, the signing of InterContinental Manchester – Deansgate, set in Beetham Tower, UK. It will feature 264 rooms with stunning Manchester skyline views. A complete renovation will occur by 2027, led by Blue Manchester Hotel Limited. This transformation includes a ground-floor restaurant and bar, indoor pool, wellness area, fitness center, and 18 meeting rooms spanning over 1,800 m². Willemijn Geels emphasizes the project's strategic importance.

🏨 Le 10 juin 2025, IHG Hotels & Resorts a inauguré son 100e hôtel voco à Yangshuo, Chine. Depuis son lancement en 2018, voco s'est étendu à plus de 25 pays avec une approche flexible et un design distinctif. Dirigé par Ginger Taggart, voco vise 200 hôtels d'ici 2028, atteignant déjà 95 projets en développement. L'intégration rapide dans le système IHG permet de préserver le charme local tout en utilisant des outils de performance avancés.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to open a dual-branded hotel in Waterloo, London, by late 2028, partnering with Palm Holdings. The complex will feature a voco hotel with 182 rooms and an Indigo hotel with 172 rooms and suites. 📚 Le 10 juin 2025, Tribute Portfolio de Marriott Bonvoy a inauguré le Recoleta Grand à Buenos Aires, Argentine, dans le quartier historique de Recoleta. Situé dans le Palacio Mihura, il offre 142 chambres, dont 6 suites. Chaque espace valorise la culture locale avec des livres bilingues, œuvres d’art et le Café de Prensa. Le chef exécutif, Maximiliano Matsumoto, formé par Germán Martitegui, propose une cuisine raffinée.
