📍 Groupe Honotel acquired a 1930s telecommunication center, over 1,760m², in Bordeaux's Victoires district. This marks their 6th investment via Cap Hospitality IV and V funds. With 52 hotel assets, Honotel will renovate and transform the site into a hotel over two years. The seller was Mozart Investissement, with Tourny Meyer as intermediary. Hélène Gauthier expressed enthusiasm for this strategic development in Bordeaux, highlighting the city's tourism potential.

🏨 Luxembourg, le 26 juin 2025 – Ruby Hotels, expert allemand du Lean Luxury, annonce son premier hôtel en Grèce, à Athènes. En partenariat avec Primetown Development, un établissement de 114 chambres verra le jour au 7 Agiou Konstantinou, proche de la place Omonia. Ouverture prévue en 2027. L'hôtel proposera des espaces signature incluant un bar 24h/24, terrasse avec piscine au 5ᵉ étage, et un rooftop avec vue sur l'Acropole.

🏖 Odalys Vacances, un acteur clé dans le secteur de l'hébergement touristique, inaugure une nouvelle résidence dans les Landes, portant à cinq le nombre d'établissements dans la région.
