📅 Accor Group plans to expand its hotel presence by adding 350 new locations over the next 12 months across 45 brands, including major cities like Miami, Shanghai, and Venice. By June 2026, the inaugural Mediterranean cruise of the Orient Express Corinthian will launch, featuring 54 suites and five private dining areas. Additionally, the group will open the Orient Express Venezia in a renovated 15th-century Venetian palace, offering 47 luxury rooms and suites.

🏠 Constructa announced a new project, the first "Oh Baby" in Grand Paris, launching in Saint-Ouen. The building, designed by Triptyque Architecture with Philippe Starck, features nine floors and a rooftop, ready by 2027. It will contribute to urban renewal in this strategic entry point. Atream, along with Banque des Territoires and Carac, acquired the project. The Trigano family will operate the hotel, marking their first foray into Île-de-France with the new "Oh Baby" concept.

🏨 Les Sources Calou in Vichy reopens after €400,000 renovations, offering 20 three-star studios. The Originals Access, Halt'Hotel in Clermont Agnetz, a two-star establishment with 44 rooms, plans renovations in 2025/2026. The Originals Boutique, Hôtel & Spa La Marébaudière in Vannes completes a major refurbishment of half its 41 rooms and common areas. Grand Hôtel Abbatiale in Bénodet highlights the trend of independent hotels upgrading in quality and services.

🏨 Accor, 2025, France: Over 20 new hotels opened in the second half of the year, totaling 50 new establishments. The ibis family, including ibis Styles, ibis, and ibis budget, added 13 new locations from Cannes to La Rochelle and Paris. Handwritten Collection expanded with new hotels in Paris, Lille, Lyon, and Deauville, bringing its total to 14 in France and over 30 in Europe.

🏠 Situé au 5 rue de Vintimille, Paris, cet immeuble accueille 13 appartements avec services, allant du studio aux deux chambres, pour les séjours moyens et longs. Équipés de kitchenettes, espaces de travail et salons, ils ciblent les voyageurs d’affaires et de loisirs. Fondée en 2020 par Michael et Éric Dayan, Highstay se développe à Paris et au-delà, avec des catégories comme Highstay Collection et Highstay Villas. Rénovée par Olivier Bacin, la propriété marie architecture et histoire.

🏨 Fusion Hotel Group will open two new hotels in Vietnam by early 2026. In Hanoi, LÈGACY Hanoi – A Fusion Original will feature 220 rooms and wellness offerings like an onsen. In Hue, Grand Royal Riverside Hue – Fusion Collection will offer 161 rooms and MICE facilities for up to 250 people. Fusion aims to expand from 18 to 50 hotels in Asia-Pacific by 2028.

💼 Bunks at Rode, Oslo, Norway: Operated by Anker Foundation, the hostel supports affordable student housing with over 2,600 rooms, keeping rents 30% below market rates. Located in Rodeløkka, it offers modern amenities for travelers. Ki Space Hotel & Spa, Val d'Europe, France: Near Disneyland Paris, this 4-star hotel features smart rooms, service robots, a 1,000 m² spa, and family-friendly spaces. Club Med Gregolimano, Greece: Reopened June 2024 after a two-year renovation.

🏖 Vilebrequin entered hospitality in 2023 with "Vilebrequin La Plage" in Cannes. They partnered with St. Regis and Domes Resorts for luxury destinations like Doha (2024) and Elounda (2025). By 2025, a new location in Muscat will open. Designs by Vincent Darré and Mediterranean cuisine enhance the experience. Collaborations include Caviar Prunier and Château Margüi at each location. Vilebrequin La Plage embodies French Riviera charm, focusing on shared joy and elegance.

🏢 Le 10 décembre 2025, à Chessy, Aken Ecosystèmes lance l'hypercampus Val d'Europe, un projet de 19,000 m² avec livraison prévue en 2028. Composé de deux bâtiments distincts, l'un pour l'enseignement et le coworking de 9,100 m², et l'autre pour l'hébergement, dont 156 chambres d'hôtel et 113 appartements étudiants. Ce campus hybride, en partenariat avec Ennismore et JO&JOE, vise à créer un environnement mixte et interactif, proche de Disneyland Paris et le RER A.
