🏨 Hyatt's Park Hyatt Johannesburg opens in Rosebank, South Africa, marking the brand's debut in the country. Located in a historic 1930s building, it features 31 rooms and suites with South African art and design. The hotel retains original architectural elements and includes contemporary touches, centered around a tranquil courtyard. Mitch Gemmell, General Manager, highlights the goal of offering understated luxury and local cultural hospitality. The design incorporates natural light, noble materials, and artistic biodiversity themes.

🏨 En 2024, le groupe hôtelier Fattal a acquis l'hôtel AC Forum pour 80 millions d'euros à Barcelone, près du CCIB et du quartier @22. Le Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Forum propose 19 salles de réunion sur 2 760 m², accueillant jusqu'à 670 participants.
