🛢 Travelodge's new hotel in Loughton, near Greater London, is set to open by late next year. Located 30 minutes from Stansted Airport, it features next-gen rooms, a modern reception, and the 85 Bar Café. Developed by Higgins Group and built by Barnes Construction, the hotel is part of a mixed-use project including offices and self-storage. Tony O'Brien, UK Development Director, is eager to strengthen Travelodge's regional presence.

🏨 Chapitre Six, in 2023, acquired a property over 5,000 m² on rue François Eiseny, near the Croisette in Cannes. Previously owned by Groupe Partouche, it housed the “3.14” hotel. This is their largest acquisition since the group's inception. A complete transformation will lead to a 2027 reopening. Chapitre Six aims to expand in iconic French tourist destinations, with upcoming projects in Megève, Paris, and Courchevel 1850, alongside existing hotels in Saint-Tropez and Cap d’Antibes.

💰 Blackstone Real Estate acquires the Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor from Allegiant Travel Company for $200 million. Located on Florida's west coast, this recently opened resort covers 9 hectares and features 785 rooms, two pools, a spa, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, restaurants, and a championship golf course. With over 5,600 m² of meeting space, it's designed for premium leisure and group clients. This move signals Blackstone's confidence in the hospitality sector's resurgence.

🏠 Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, will see the launch of Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences by 2028, a $500 million project. Led by ELEVATE of One Group and Ennismore, it features avant-garde design by Gensler and Bergman Interiors. Homes will provide direct beach access, five-star amenities, and cultural programs. The project aims to attract both investors and those seeking luxurious lifestyles. Mondrian is known for iconic locations like Los Angeles and Ibiza.

🏨 Depuis le 16 juin 2025, le Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection accueille ses premiers visiteurs à Palasa, Albanie. Situé à une heure de l'aéroport de Vlorë, il offre une vue sur la mer Ionienne. L'hôtel comprend 131 chambres, dont 21 suites et une suite présidentielle, intégrant design brutaliste et matériaux naturels. 🏨 Dalata Hotel Group plc will open its second German and fourth continental European hotel, the Clayton Hotel Tiergarten, by late 2026. Located strategically at Straße des 17. Juni, Berlin, it occupies the Tiergarten Tower complex. Formerly Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten, it is undergoing an 18-month renovation. Close to Hauptbahnhof, airports, and attractions like the Reichstag, this expansion marks a key growth step for Dalata in Europe, as noted by Deputy CEO Shane Casserly.

🏨 Le 1er juillet 2025, Leonardo Hotels acquiert deux hôtels dans le parc médical de Hanovre auprès d'Essendi. Ces anciens hôtels Mercure et ibis seront rebrandés sous le nom de Leonardo Hannover Medical Park. Yoram Biton, Directeur Général Europe centrale, souligne l'engagement à long terme de Leonardo en Allemagne.
