🍴 Sofitel Tour Blanche, Casablanca, has opened two new restaurants: Min Koy and Brasserie Flâneur. Min Koy, with 40 seats, reflects Japanese minka architecture and serves izakaya-inspired dishes such as sushi and shared plates, emphasizing a blend of elegance and conviviality. 🏨 Depuis le 1er juillet, Leonardo Hotels Europe centrale a repris le Radisson Blu Hotel à Erfurt, désormais opéré sous le nom NYX Hotel Erfurt. Situé dans l'un des bâtiments les plus hauts de la ville, l'établissement a subi une "soft renovation". Avec son design urbain unique, il cible les voyageurs d'affaires et les touristes. Cette acquisition s'inscrit dans la stratégie d'expansion de Leonardo en Allemagne, avec un nouvel hôtel à Leipzig prévu pour 2026.

🏨 Motel One expands in France with the opening of its second Parisian hotel, Motel One Paris-Porte de Versailles, near the exhibition park. This hotel features 347 rooms and a rooftop bar offering stunning views of Paris. The interior reflects Art Deco elegance, adorned with Charles Levalet's artwork. With eco-friendly amenities, the hotel combines chic design with sustainability. Founded in 2000 in Munich, Motel One is renowned for affordable designer hotels.

🏖 Le complexe Ikos Kissamos, prévu pour accueillir 414 chambres et suites, est un investissement de 150 millions d'euros visant à renforcer la présence méditerranéenne de la marque. S'intégrant au cadre naturel et culturel de la Crète, l'hôtel vise la certification LEED Gold et la neutralité carbone d'ici 2030. Des initiatives incluent l'élimination des plastiques à usage unique et la promotion de la biodiversité. Les attractions incluent Balos Lagoon et les gorges de Samaria.

🏨 Whitbread's £200 million project is set to open in autumn 2028, spanning 16,000 square meters over 13 floors near Charing Cross and Nelson's Column. This flagship hub by Premier Inn will highlight Whitbread's expertise in securing and delivering high-quality hotels in sought-after London areas. The main construction phase begins this year using slipform construction, aiming to employ approximately 150 people, with a focus on local recruitment.

🏨 Quadral Promotion, part of Groupe Quadral, is spearheading the transformation of the TRIBE hotel (Accor Group) in Reims, formerly known as L'Univers. Since June 2023, major structural work has been underway, with completion expected by late 2025. The project, designed by Nicolas Hourdin and Laurent Maugoust, expands the hotel to 3,363m², increasing rooms from 42 to 91, and includes new restaurants, seminar rooms, and coworking spaces, amidst ongoing city refurbishments since summer 2024.

🏨 10 juillet, Lyon : Ouverture de l’Oceania Lyon 3*, un hôtel de 72 chambres, avec un patio central de 150 m², à l'esprit "guinguette chic". L’événement se tiendra avec l'agence de design Part de Rêve et Agnès Razanaka, directrice de l’hôtel.

🏨 Korner acquires Hôtel de l’Exposition République in Paris' vibrant République district. This 28-room hotel marks their 10th Parisian property. Renovations begin in November, with plans to fully integrate it into the Korner brand. Korner aims to provide simple, warm hospitality with digital conveniences like contactless check-in. Their hotels span iconic districts like Montmartre and Opéra, focusing on optimal comfort, sleek design, and high-quality bedding. The Korner space offers dining, working, and relaxation opportunities.
